Sage Cleansing

Break off a piece of the sage bundle the size of a pen cap. Place this small offering in a fire proof container (foil works) and light an end. When the sage piece has an ember blow the flame out. Allow the smoke of the sage to wash over yourself and through your space. Open windows to allow the smoke to carry the energy out of the space. This sage cleansing can also be used to “reset the energy” or “charge” your Nurishq pieces.
